Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains how you can exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and similar state laws. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What “sell” and “share” mean

Under the CPRA, “sell” means disclosing or making available personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. “Share” means disclosing personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. Certain online advertising, analytics, and social media tools may be considered a “sale” or “share” under these laws.

Your choices

• Do not sell or share my personal information: You may request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
• Limit the use and disclosure of my sensitive personal information: Where applicable, you may request that we limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information to those permitted by law (e.g., to provide services you request).
• Manage cookies and advertising preferences: You can control cookies via your browser settings and device‑level settings. Restricting advertising and analytics cookies helps limit “sharing” for targeted ads.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt‑out of sale/sharing for that browser, to the extent required by law.

We will respond within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. If needed, we may take up to an additional 45 days and will inform you of the reason and extension period.

Verification and authorized agents

We may need to verify your identity to process your request. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us. For household requests, we may require additional steps consistent with applicable law.

Disclosures in the last 12 months

In the last 12 months, we may have “shared” identifiers and internet or network activity information with advertising and analytics partners for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

How we honor your preferences

Your opt‑out may be applied to your browser or device via cookies and, where reasonably possible, to your account if you are logged in. If you clear cookies or use a different browser or device, you may need to re‑apply your preferences. GPC signals will be honored per browser session on supported browsers.

Non‑discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This includes not denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level or quality of services, subject to permitted program differences under applicable law.
